Yes, Allegiant Plumbing Services is fully licensed and bonded for your protection and peace of mind. OH License # 47909
What types of plumbing services do you offer?
Allegiant Plumbing Services offers repairs, installations, maintenance, and more for commercial and residential properties.
Do you work on New-Construction?
Yes. Our core service offering is new construction plumbing services for Multi-Family Apartment Communities in Central Ohio. We work directly with developers, builders and general contractors. Although our core focus is on New Construction Multi-Family, we also have experience with Single-Family Homes and Light Commercial New Construction and Remodels.
Does Allegiant Plumbing Services offer Free Estimates?
Yes. Smaller, more straighforward jobs or issues can be quoted over the phone or via email for free (Example: How much will it cost for a new sump pump? How much will it cost for a new toilet?
Larger, more complex jobs or issues that require one of our plumbing technicians to come to your location to diagnose and quote repairs or replacements will incur a standard service fee of $89 that will be waived should quoted repairs or replacements be approved. (Example: How
much will it cost to repair my sump pump? How much will it cost to repair my water heater?)
Are you able to receive photos or videos of my plumbing issue?
Yes. This helps us determine if it’s a more straightforward job or issue that can be quoted over the phone or email or if it’s a larger more complex job or issue that requires one of our plumbing technicians to come to your location to diagnose further (for a standard service fee of

Do you offer a warranty on your work?
Yes. Allegiant Plumbing Services warrants its workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion of service or approved plumbing inspection. We agree to remedy any deficiencies or leaks resulting from defects in workmanship or improper installation without charge, within a reasonable time after receiving notice. This warranty covers workmanship-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Leaks
- Improper installation
- Defects in workmanship
Are your service technicians background checked?
Yes, all of Allegiant Plumbing Services service technicians undergo thorough background checks before joining our team. We prioritize your safety and security, and this step ensures that our technicians are trustworthy and reliable.

Allegiant Plumbing Services is open Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm.
What constitutes a plumbing emergency?
A plumbing emergency is a situation that requires immediate attention to prevent further damage, risk to health and safety, or significant inconvenience. Examples include: burst pipes or major leaks, overflowing toilets or sinks, gas leaks, sewer backups or overflows, clogged drains causing flooding, leaks causing structural damage or mold, frozen pipes, sudden loss of water pressure, water damage or flooding due to appliance failure, etc.
How quickly can you respond to a plumbing emergency?
During our normal business hours of Monday-Friday between 8am-4:30pm Allegiant Plumbing Services aims to respond within 2-3 hours of receiving your call.
Does Allegiant Plumbing Services offer plumbing services on weekends?
No. Currently, our plumbing services are only available Monday-Friday between 8am-4:30pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we’re continually evaluating our services to better meet our customers’ needs. We’re working to expand our hours to include weekend service in the future.
Does Allegiant Plumbing Services offer 24/7 Emergency Services?
No. Although we don’t currently provide 24/7 emergency services, we’re committed to expanding our offerings to better serve our clients’ needs. We’re working diligently to introduce around-the-clock emergency support in the future.
